Cook healthy and authentic Chicken Tikka Masala with our Vegan Tikka Masala Curry Sauce in just 15 mins...especially for those busy weeknights.

Vegan Recipe options: Tofu, Vegetable or Chickpea Tikka Masala


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  • 1 box @masalagossipofficial Tikka masala sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oil of your choice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt 
  • Cilantro for garnishing

Method

  • Add oil in a pan and saute chicken for 5 mins. on medium heat. Keep it aside
  • In the same pan add Tikka Masala Curry Sauce, water and heavy cream. Simmer for a couple of mins.
  • Mix the sauteed chicken and cook for another 10-12 mins until chicken absorbs the sauce.
  • Remove once fully cooked.
  • Garnish with cilantro. Serve over rice
