Red Chili Masala Crisp Noodles

A perfect blend of crispy, savory, and spicy flavors, these Red Chili Masala Crisp Noodles are an irresistible dish that’s easy to whip up. Featuring a punchy masala chili crisp, these noodles are quick, flavorful, and perfect for any time of the week. 

Ingredients: 

  • Gluten-free brown rice and millet ramen (from @bgofood) 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp rice wine 
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Masala Crisp (Masala Gossip) (adjust to taste) 
  • Neutral cooking oil 
  • Green onions (for garnish) 

Instructions:

  • Prepare the sauce: Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce with 2 tbsp rice wine in a small bowl and set aside. 

  • Cook the noodles: Cook the ramen according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them completely so they’re very dry. 

  • Crisp the noodles: Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of neutral oil. Add the drained noodles and fry until they start to turn crispy. 

  • Add the flavors: Pour in the soy sauce and rice wine mixture along with 2 teaspoons of Red Chili Masala Crisp (adjust to your spice preference). Stir well to coat the noodles and let them soak up the flavor while crisping up. 

  • Garnish & serve: Remove the noodles from the pan, plate them, and top with freshly chopped green onions.
