Tikka Masala Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (reserve the liquid)
2/3 cup Masala Gossip Tikka Masala Sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 small dried or fresh chili pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
Salt, to taste
Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, Masala Gossip Tikka Masala Sauce, garlic, chili pepper, and olive oil.

Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add the reserved chickpea liquid until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste the hummus and add salt as needed.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with freshly chopped coriander.

Serve the Tikka Masala Hummus with naan, pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as a spread on sandwiches.
