Veggie Tikka Masala Wrap

Creamy, spiced, and veggie-packed—this wrap is a flavor bomb perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack! 

Ingredients 

  • 3 bell peppers, sliced 
  • 100-150 grams paneer, cubed 
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced (additional for garnish) 
  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 2 tbsp Tikka Masala Sauce (from Masala Gossip) 
  • 2 tbsp cream 
  • A pinch of kasuri methi 
  • Premade paratha or naan (for wrapping) 
  • A serving of green chutney (for spreading and serving) 
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, for garnish 

Instructions:

  • Prepare the veggies & paneer: Slice the bell peppers and thinly slice half of the red onion. Cube the paneer and marinate in 1 tbsp Tikka Masala Sauce from Masala Gossip. 

  • Sauté the vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 1 minute. 

  • Add the paneer: Add the marinated paneer cubes to the skillet with the veggies. 

  • Add cream & kasoori methi: Pour in the 2 tbsp cream and a pinch of kasoori methi. Stir everything together until the mixture is well-coated and heated through. 

  • Cook your paratha or naan: While your veggies and paneer are cooking, warm your paratha or naan until soft and pliable. 

  • Assemble your wrap: Spread a generous amount of green chutney over the paratha or naan. Add the paneer and veggie mixture, a few slices of raw red onion, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. 

  • Fold & serve: Fold the wrap and serve with extra green chutney on the side for dipping.
