Makhani (Butter) Simmer Sauce

Smooth Tomato Based Sauce cooked with Butter and Spices.

Instructions to cook Butter Chicken -

1. Saute 1.5lb chicken for 5 mins in a pot.
2. Add Makhani Simmer Sauce to the pot.
3. Cover and let it simmer for 10-15 mins until the chicken is fully cooked, stirring frequently. Add a few tbsp. of water if the curry starts to stick to the pot.
4. Garnish with cilantro and ginger. Serve hot with rice or naan.
