Butter Masala Chickpeas

Ingredients:

Butter Masala Sauce( Masala Gossip)

Cooked chickpeas(3-4 cups, boiled or canned

Instructions:

  • Heat the Butter Masala Sauce:

    In a large pan, heat Butter Masala Sauce over medium heat until it begins to simmer. 

  • Add the chickpeas:

    Add the cooked chickpeas to the sauce and stir well to combine. 

  • Simmer:

    Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the chickpeas to absorb the sauce. 

  • Serve hot:

    Pair with steaming rice or warm naan for a deliciously comforting meal. 

     

    Notes 

    • Tip: For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream or a dollop of yogurt at the end of cooking. 
    • Customization: Add vegetables like spinach, peas, or carrots for a heartier dish!
