Spinach Masala Burrata Pizza

Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza dough
½ – ¾ cup Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce
1 large green zucchini, thinly sliced
2-3 balls of burrata cheese, torn into large pieces
1 cup fresh arugula
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting (usually around 475°F to 500°F or as high as it will go).

Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a lined baking sheet.

Spread the Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

Scatter the thinly sliced zucchini on top.

Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove the pizza from the oven, tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute them evenly over the sauce.

Top it with the dressed arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the pizza and serve hot.
