Spinach Masala Burrata Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pizza dough

½ – ¾ cup Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce

1 large green zucchini, thinly sliced

2-3 balls of burrata cheese, torn into large pieces

1 cup fresh arugula

Olive oil, for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting (usually around 475°F to 500°F or as high as it will go).

  • Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a lined baking sheet.

  • Spread the Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

  • Scatter the thinly sliced zucchini on top.

  • Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

  • Remove the pizza from the oven, tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute them evenly over the sauce.

  • Top it with the dressed arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Slice the pizza and serve hot.
