Palak Paneer

Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup paneer, diced into 1/3-inch cubes

pinch of sea salt

1 ½ cup Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce

4 tablespoons water

1/4 cup Heavy Cream or coconut milk (optional)

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the paneer cubes for 2 -3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Season with a pinch of sea salt.

  • Add the Masala Gossip Spinach Masala Sauce and 4 tablespoons of water and stir. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to meld the flavors.

  • Optionally add heavy cream or coconut milk, stir to incorporate, and serve hot with naan bread or basmati rice.
