Chicken Chana Masala

A hearty, flavorful fusion of tender chicken, chickpeas, and spiced Chana Masala—perfect for a satisfying and comforting meal!

Ingredients 

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed 
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (rinsed and drained) 
  • ½ cup Chana Masala Simmer Sauce (from Masala Gossip) 
  • Serving of rice or naan (for serving) 

Instructions:

  • Grill the chicken: 

    Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Season and cook the cubed chicken until fully cooked and golden brown. 

  • Prepare the sauce mixture: 

    In a separate pan, add ½ cup Chana Masala Simmer Sauce and 4 cups water. Stir well. 

  • Add the chicken and chickpeas: 

    Add the grilled chicken and rinsed chickpeas to the sauce mixture. Stir to coat evenly. 

  • Simmer until thickened: 

    Let the mixture simmer for up to 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the chicken and chickpeas absorb the flavor. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 

  • Serve hot: 

    Pair with fresh naan or a steaming bowl of rice for the ultimate comfort food experience.
