Chicken Chana Masala
A hearty, flavorful fusion of tender chicken, chickpeas, and spiced Chana Masala—perfect for a satisfying and comforting meal!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- ½ cup Chana Masala Simmer Sauce (from Masala Gossip)
- Serving of rice or naan (for serving)
Instructions:

Grill the chicken:
Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Season and cook the cubed chicken until fully cooked and golden brown.

Prepare the sauce mixture:
In a separate pan, add ½ cup Chana Masala Simmer Sauce and 4 cups water. Stir well.

Add the chicken and chickpeas:
Add the grilled chicken and rinsed chickpeas to the sauce mixture. Stir to coat evenly.

Let the mixture simmer for up to 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the chicken and chickpeas absorb the flavor. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
